What exactly is Bookify?

Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They open your link, pick a service and a time, and confirm. No app, no account.
Does it work with the calendar I already use?
Yes. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Apple/CalDAV. Busy events there block your availability here, and bookings land in your personal calendar.
How do the SMS reminders work?
Customers get a confirmation text when they book and automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before. Each type can be switched off, and texts are paid for with credits included in your plan.
Can I ask customers to pay when they book?
Yes. With pay-to-book, the slot is held while the customer pays by card via Stripe. If payment doesn't complete, the slot frees itself automatically.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite staff by email; owner, admin, manager and staff roles decide who manages settings and who only sees their own schedule.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing disappears the moment you cancel: your appointments, customers and history stay in your account. You can request a copy of your data or full deletion from inside your account, and we handle it under GDPR.
